17. A fact of my life: i have bipolar 2 and i don't care who knows. i'm not afraid to be open about it if it helps those around me understand why i sometimes just cannot cope.

18. Phobia: 3 -- i am petrified of falling, and ideations of various falling scenarios are what plague me the most when i am stressed. i am irrationally petrified by 95% of all insect life, except for bees and ants. yes, this means i'm equally afraid of grasshoppers as i am of earwigs and silverfish. i also experience occasional tryopophobia, which is an irrational fear of groupings of small holes (and a dread of what might come out of them. trypophobia is not a recognized phobia, as nearly all people experience it at least once in their life, leaving it classified as an atavistic response.

J snatched up the plush throw from the couch and draped it over the small form curled up on her kitchen floor, surrounded by cookie and chip packets and quite entirely nude. 

"Have you been playing Chubby Alcoholic Bunny with Dante again? I don’t think even your nanos can keep up with his liver."

((Remember that J wakes up at like 4:30, so he probably hasn't been there long. xD ))

Thanks to Jen and angel, I have A PLAN. Not only that, but I even have pattern bases to adapt. See, JenJen provided the name of a garment with the basic shape I want: the kameez. This is what comes of brainstorming, people. Discovery. And fashion. If I can find a nice knit fabric with skulls on YOU ARE ALL DOOMED. Because I will make a dress from it and be spookycute EVERYWHERE.

I've been thinking about J's dream thing. Whenever an old friend of mine realized he was dreaming, he'd try to take over the dream, to control it. (Usually, he'd try to find someone to have sex with, but that's not the point.) The dreamscape is the one place where J and V are truly equals, J could be just as powerful as he is, if she can realize in the moment she is dreaming and take control. Whereas, he offered her a bite of Dante's heart, she could offer him his own testicles. ;)

"Is this you?" (sorry I'm so behind on memes, I was away for a week, and I'm very slowly catching up)

"Hmmm?" J glanced over at the slightly-faded photo that Jhrdwyn was holding. It showed a round-faced little girl in a puffy coat, a tall man with military-cut sandy-blonde hair hunkered down next to her. They appeared to be feeding some rather fearless squirrels in a park.

"Oh! Yes. That’s me and my dad. I think I was about 3 and half?" She reached out and took the photo back, her lips tugging to one side in a slight smile. "Must have fallen out when I was moving some things from storage. Damn, I was a funny-looking kid."
