Steve showed up at the froyo place a bit nervous. He was worried about what he was going to do. But he liked Kevin and didn't want to just shoot him down. Maybe the man did deserve a chance to see the real Steve. That would scare him away soon, sure, but that would be fair and honest. He took a deep breath and came into the froyo place, looking for Kevin. -stevefromthebluffs
Kevin took a deep breath as he got to the froyo shop after work. He would be lying if he said he wasn’t nervous. Had Steve come to a decision? Whatever his answer was, Kevin promised he wouldn’t act poorly. “Steve? It’s so good to see you!” He smiled wide.

“Excuse me, are you Mr. Carlsberg?” Abby asked, clutching the stack of files to her chest, trying to ignore the uneasy feeling she got from being in this place. “I’m here from Night Vale. The Sheriff sent me. Said you needed these?” She held out the folders for him, forcing a smile. She just wanted to get this over with and go home.
