Gee, if only Tom Cruise and Steven Spielberg had made a blockbuster movie about how this was a bad idea.
JURASSIC PARK (1993) Dir. Steven Spielberg
Harrison Ford and Karen Allen on the set of Raiders of the Lost Ark in 1980
Laura Dern & Sam Neill in Jurassic Park (1993)
Jeff Goldblum and Richard Attenborough as Ian Malcolm & John Hammond
JURASSIC PARK (1993), dir. Steven Spielberg
empathy and intelligence
frick i loved this movie so bad
thank you steven spielberg for creating a male and female protagonist who are the only two people of their kind on earth, who understand each other better than anyone else, "whatever you do, don't let go', who are literally DESTINED to meet each other and are literally spelled out to be goddamn soulmates and narrative foils
and not making their relationship romantic even though it would've been the easy thing to do.
