I feel the same way about that sort of thing, and you are absolutely allowed to make it known when something makes you uncomfortable. You are not obligated to be uncomfortable for other peoples' amusement.
I’m glad I’m not the only one. It always makes me feel bad or ashamed, like I stepped into some kind of trap. And you know, that’s what makes me think it’s not a particularly sex-positive thing to do. At the very least, it’s immature. Sex is just a part of life, one that a lot of us like to keep private but that we shouldn’t have to feel ashamed of to the extent that we have to avoid patterns of speech that even remotely *seem* like sex-talk. And he used “I hang out with a lot of lesbians” as his excuse, which, what? How does that relate?

You definitely did the right thing and tbqh he never should have pm'd you anything of that nature like that automatically makes him creepy and u have the right to tell him exactly that in the hopes he will learn and modify his behavior in the future with you and other women.
Thank you so much for saying that; it actually does make me feel a lot better to have this validated. Yeah, I think this one can be taught? But I’m also just getting a little worn out by his constant presence on my FB page. I feel like I’m devoting a disproportionate amount of energy to this guy I haven’t seen in about two years, and wasn’t all that close to in the first place. Hopefully he’ll cool it for a little while now.
