Ahhh I'm looking for this fic where the author desrcribed it as neoliberalism in a fanfiction in the author's notes. But the plot was that Bucky was a lawyer, corporate I think, and Steve is a renowned artist. They meet at an art gallery where Bucky compliments Steve's work without knowing Steve did it. Steve then gives the painting to him. Also Bucky quits his job in the end. ah and thank y'all for the work you do!
