Who thinks to make turkey chiquetaille? I DO!!! 😁😁😁 • • • • Chiquetaille (I hope I’m spelling this right) is normally made with smoke herring or salt fish, and I’ve even seen a ham version. But this, I made from day old stewed turkey wings! So basically, it’s a recipe remix and I am so proud cause it was so GOOOOD! The onions I pickled, I added slices of scotch bonnet for heat, parsley for color, fried plantains replaced the bread, and las but not least my deliciously green Avocados from Mexico 🇲🇽!!!
