You mentioned that Plum is loyal to the Queen and the royal family, does that mean Asgore, Asriel and the Adoptees(MK,Chara,Frisk)?

In the AU I use—which I call Swaptwistfell—Asgore is dead and has returned as Flowey, Asriel has rebelled against his mother and now resides in the Ruins in protest of her tyranny, and the children are either dead or would not be adopted by Tori.

This is a Fell ‘verse. In particular, it’s a Fell-verse getting worse with every passing day. The ending where Cash is left alone in the Judgment Hall as the lone survivor is probably the “good” end to this AU. These people either do not deserve to make it to the surface, or they die trying to get the Fallen Child back home.

Make no mistake, Plum and Toriel are bad guys, and they are not the kind that can be redeemed.

What would cash do if plum insulted his friends (twist and slim) to their face?

Plum laughs. “that coward? he wouldn’t do anything. besides, it’s not as if there’s much to defend; he knows they’re just as worthless as he is.”

Cash doesn’t speak. He just lights a cigarette and looks away, one hand clenched into a tight fist at his side.

Miss Kit? How would Plum react to meeting another version of Toriel?

He’d be very respectful and on his best behavior, but he’d probably find the non-Swap Tori’s strange. The more maternal behavior would put him off-balance. He wouldn’t really know what to do with himself, tbh.

Do you think Plum would get on well with Switch? I know he's a Papyrus, but I've gotta admit they'd make one hell of a nightmarish team together! (Plus, I think it would completely drive Twist up the wall if the two of them got on and I'm a mean person who would enjoy that)

😂 As much as I would adore the shenanigans that would result...I don’t think so. Plum is very rigid and regimented. Loyal to his Queen above all else. I don’t think he’d respect Switch very much. Anyone that doesn’t share his same moral code or conform to his idea of what it means to be a ‘good’ monster is ‘trash’ in his book. Unless Switch is unquestionably loyal to the royal family and lives according to the very letter of the law—which I do not believe to be true—then these two would not get along.

Basically, Plum is lawful evil, and he has no patience for anyone that doesn’t fit the “lawful” category.

Unless, of course, Switch managed to manipulate him into believing they were on the same ‘team’ and pursuing the same goals. Then I could see them getting along.

Plum vs Razz (I have to search lotus in bloom cause I forgot what stf sans is called :3)

Hmmmm....

Usually, the 2-series boys can come out on top against the 1-series boys pretty easily and consistently. (Sorry, folks, I know that’s not the popular stance, but I don’t really find it reasonable for their low stats to be so easily overcome.) But Plum has KR and Razz has LV, which complicates things.

In the end, though, Razz would win. His LV isn’t maxed out, so Plum’s KR wouldn’t be super effective, and his HP is high enough that he’d eventually be able to wear Plum down and hit him.

When fighting the 1-series boys, it’s all about wearing them down to the point they can’t dodge anymore. As long as the 2-series skeleton has high enough HP to last until then, they’ll win. The 1-series boys only need to be hit once, afterall.

What made Cash different from Plum to the point where he was brushed off as a failed experiment?

Gaster wanted someone pliant and trainable. He also wanted someone ruthless enough that they didn’t care about harming others.

Baby Cash was much more sensitive and more willful. When Gaster tried to get him to actually attack other monsters, Cash often refused. He’d just curl into himself and pretend he couldn’t hear him. Plum was far more willing to bow to Gaster’s will for the sake of praise.

The situation was much the same with Lotus and Obsidian. The difference is, Lotus’ Gaster decided that trying to force the matter was more trouble than it was worth and he sold Lotus to Mettaton. Cash’s Gaster just kept pushing, and Cash just grew bitter and sullen, eventually caving and learning how to master his abilities. But Gaster never would have forgiven him for that initial willfulness.
