I have NO idea if the blog runner is familiar. But. One request for Striker from relatively obscure stop-motion toy advertisement/post-apocalypse child/teenage-aimed action/horror series Stikbot: Off The Grid.

Ignore if unfamiliar. Would recommend the watch though

Namesake: Exiles (song by King Crimson)

Stand Master: Striker

Stand appearance: Exiles has the appearance of a Stikbot, coloured a dark navy blue; on its face is a mask, not dissimilar from the oni of Japanese culture, with large golden horns and a huge grin upon its face.

Abilities: Exiles holds the ability to conduct electricity. It can force lightning from its suction cups, as well as being able to concentrate them into small bullets on energy that can counter & attack close distance enemies. It can also hold balls of energy in its hands, fending off foes who attempt to attack it or its user.
