Whenever I sit still for too long or just whenever I get this weird feeling like everything around me is moving at hyper speed and there's this weird static/crashing sound and it freaks/stresses me out to an absurd level and I don't know how to deal with it. Do you have any suggestions?
This sounds like some kind of derealization or dissociation. We have tags for both, so take a look to see what other people have said about it.
