Day 2

Still feeling really good and even better because I’ve finished my exam period, hallelujah! I think I went ok, not spectacular but enough to get by. In terms of food I’m eating really healthily and have minimised the amount of fruit I eat to two serves a day and increased the amount of veggies to compensate. I have no bloating which is a god send and my skin seems to be clearing up as a result :) I donated blood this afternoon so I was tempted to just pig out this afternoon but thanks to this I didn’t want to have to admit that so I didn’t eat it. The system works guys. The only thing I’ve slacked on today is exercise, I just walked 20 minutes to and from school but didn’t have the energy to do anything else this afternoon. But I think it’s ok considering I lost 500mL of blood. I’ve kept to all my other goals, lets keep it going for tomorrow.
