The Restaurant May be closed, but the work still continues. Our always hard working @davidlovecameron is still sowing, planting and maintaining for the rest of the year. Chefs, those who have been able to, are still in menu development. Pickling, preserving, fermenting and dehydrating is still going on; just not in their usual locations! Sommeliers (and the rest!) are still studying and ‘sampling’ as best they can. All in anticipation of welcoming guests back through the doors. A few pictures of the garden so far: Two fairy gardens and my first attempt at a butterfly garden.  I also have a raised garden bed of veggies and herbs, and strawberries, blueberries, cucumbers, and a lemon tree in their own separate spaces.

I have a feeling this is going to transition into a mainly gardening blog for the summer.  Life is honestly just so insanely busy right now.  I never have time to make pies, but I do still find time to tinker away in my garden.  Hopefully I’ll post again before July, but with the way things are right now, it’s anyone’s guess.
