Here's your daily dose of "do as I say and not as I do". . Hubs and I were lazy yesterday and pushed off food shopping until today. Today.. You know.. The day we both got stuck at work late. 🙃 . I was running around the super market at 8, all disheveled from the work day and now I'm sitting down to finally eat dinner at almost 9... And I'm lucky, hubs still isn't home yet. 😖 . Me, this morning when i had to get up earlier to get to work earlier and workout earlier! I wanted to sleep til my normal time since no-one in this house slept well with the storms last night.. but I got up anyways and did it.. and by the end, I was full of smiles and energy. Despite little sleep i was still able to concentrate and focus during an all day work training session. Thank goodness! If you did something (anything) to better yourself today then be proud and smile!
