after a long hiatus i am sort of returning...seriously like over 2 years-ish.

AND I NEED YOUR HELP TO SOLVE A MYSTERY.

I read a fic once. A series. My brain was in a blur of Johnlock. My heart was exploding with ao3. AND I NEED THAT FIC AGAIN. But all I can remember is the following:

It was amazing

It was angsty

There was a list of things...that I think Sherlock was not allowed to do because he is kinda crazy?

I snagged a stitchlock commission today, so there shall be doll!croft. Don’t want to give too much away, but I’m excited about it. (I’ll either blog or reblog it here once it’s ready, of course.) One good thing about finally working is I have a little money to play around with things like this these days. 

The commissions are still open, she’s sweet and supportive and produces cute art, and her (I’m assuming on gender) rates are really pretty reasonable. So now would be a good time to get your personalized fandom swag.

Btw, I’m sure everyone who likes AU’s has been following along, but “Menders and Makers” is finished. I came into it maybe two-thirds through the posting and now need to go back and reread a lot of it. So sad! I am absolutely loathing wasting my time on that awful, awful fic/comic series. [/sarcasm] If you haven’t read it, it’s quite a lot of fun. John learns how to make and repair living, sentient, lifesize dolls, specifically one snarky, overbearing but ultimately plushy consulting detective. Check it out.

"Menders and Makers" is making me want to cry. I'm so scared for them! I know stitchy will get them out of this somehow but I don't see how and it's so awful and oh gawwwwd
