okay I got a couple questions tho :3 is there a Baxter stockmen or stockboy in your AU? And If so what's his relationship with shredder
And what's Karai's relationship with the shredder

your question actually pushed me to finish drawing Baxter!
he's actually one of the first bad guys we meet before we meet Shredder but still Shredder's underling, not even his second or third in command.
Baxter was the lead scientist at TGRI before stepping out of line, Shredder a handful of time knocked him back into line, but it did stick so on the third strike Shredder choose a punishment that would be a bit more permanent.
que him getting a vial of contaminated ooze thrown on to him and mutated into one of the things he hates most.

as for the relationship between Karai and Shredder she is his biological daughter. he and Tang Shen had Karai a few years after Oroku Saki climbed the ranks of the Foot Clan.
