just a little rant of how my stolen edit got me teaching myself Element plugin on After Effects to include my watermark in my edits and not just slapping it like I did in this stolen edit:
----------------------------------------------------------
This was the edit I'm most proud of. It's only about 8 seconds long, but it involved a lot of masking and twixtor. and it blew up...
cue literally days later I started noticing accounts uploading my edit with their watermark in the bottom of it then I found the culprit which is this "FREXS" account on capcut. they stole my edit, uploaded it on capcut as template all the while getting money of it because of the amount of people using the template. (Their account is literally built on stolen edits from other people. And this is not the first time I've encountered accounts like this on CapCut. There are accounts out there GETTING PAID for edits they did not make.)
and on Instagram I received this comment. like its so funny to be getting accused of using the stolen template that you edited yourself... so I had to screen record my After Effects composition and post it...
and i noticed the template is getting more and more popular so i had to point out that it was stolen from me. and cue my surprise when there are actual people who still think it was me who stole my own edit from that account on capcut 💀
and thats how I experimented ways on how to animate/include my watermark into my edits
I've also reported this to CapCut three times already but I haven't received any response... that's it thanks for coming to my TedTalk ksksks
