Pinterest unfortunately doesn’t have a report option for stollen art, so click whatever you think fits best. I don’t understand how people can be so inconsiderate.

I tried to see if the OG artist has a blog on here but I didn’t find the username here. Even if they did, I’m not sure if they’d want to know anyway because they woukdnt be able to do anything to get it off of Pinterest (except maybe report).

I will say on a seperate note that I love their shading style and choice of colors, it’s very pretty.

ART THEFT ALERT

David Silva from the Beasts of the Mesozoic FB page (the guy that made those awesome feathered Dromaeosaur figures) made a post warning of a website selling a ‘handmade’ blanket with a bunch of stolen artwork by Jonathan Kuo. Silva commissioned Kuo to do the boxart for the figures.

This art is stolen and being resold without permission. Pass it on!

Oh ! But what’s that ? That’s my art ! My art which has been stollen !

I’m not even made anymore. Well, maybe a little. But humans will stay humans. I just post it here for other artist to be careful with this website. If I’m on it, you can be pretty sure you’re on it too.

And people who buy things on this website, please be careful ! If it’s artistic, it’s probably not something very legal. I also find this very funny :

If you want to use a person’s work and put it somewhere else online, you have to ask for that.

Not only does this count for just generally posting somebody’s digital painting or even sketch on any other website,

but this counts for voice acting somebody’s work and putting it up somewhere. You have to ask to do that. And thankfully, for the most part with my comics, people do ask me.

But you know what this also counts for? People stealing the work of voice actors.

This means voiced over comics, or just the voice acting itself.

You need to ask.

And if you’re making a compilation vid of nothing but fan-voice acted fan-comics, you need to ask the voice actor and the comic artist of every single piece of that you put into your video.

Do not steal other people’s art In any medium!
