Oh, also, if anyone knows exactly how stomatal density changes and/or can point me to something explaining it, I would be thankful. How the fuck does that shit work? Does it work?? Do they change densities? Like, while the plant is alive and photosynthesizing and it’s one leaf? Most of the stuff I’ve read seems to imply yes, but I can’t find anywhere how it actually happens and it is driving me insane.
