Hi, I was wondering if you could write some Shadowpeach from Winterpower98's Stone monkey au? maybe with 9 and 24

The Shadowpeach in this is incredibly vague due to how far into canon info about @winterpower98 's AU is and the fact it is set shortly after then special. But it's written with the intent to be there, vague as it is, I assure you!

How long have you been standing there?/I just came to say goodbye.

"How long have you been standing there?" Wukong's voice rang through the darkness of night, making the usually attentive Macaque startle. Just a bit. "What are you even doing here?"

The two stood, Macaque's back to the Monkey King and his shadow pouring over him like a thick ink through the dimly lit window they stood before. Lit by a TV that had been neglected to be turned off before the occupant fell asleep. It was Wukong's turn to startle a bit as Macaque turned, showing that his glamor had been made to fall away. Six ears and a scared milky white eye staring back at him. A sight he hadn't seen properly in... well, a long time.

"Barely a minute. I guess... I just came to say goodbye," was the other immortal monkey's answer, the only hint that he was talking about anything other than how calm the weather was being an undertone of tension in his voice. "For a while, not forever." He added that in quickly as the other raised a concerned eyebrow.

Wukong let out a soft hum of thought, watching as Macaque turned back to the window.

Xiaotian slept soundly, clearly having fallen asleep while watching something on his television to occupy his mind. Again. It was a sight that the Monkey King had seen many times over the last two weeks, though catching Macaque at the window was new. But after what happened at the Lunar New Year festival...

The air around them was weighed down softly in a kind of melancholy tension. It had been a while since Macaque had taken Xiaotian under his wing with the intent to turn him against Wukong and steal his powers. Since Macaque learned that Xiaotian was, in fact, the same little monkey he left with Wukong all those years ago. Since Wukong had first confronted him about why he had done so and since Macaque had started to hang around.

Wukong had taken to checking in on his son after their battle with the Spider Queen himself. Every so often, when he felt his anxiety reaching a peak just for peace of mind. He knew that Xiaotian was more than capable of taking care of himself, he proved that more than well enough himself when he defeated her! But Wukong was still his father and as such he couldn't help but be at least a little protective, especially after he noticed that MK was having more than a little trouble sleeping.

'Perhaps,' he thought to himself. 'Macaque isn't as different in that department as I thought.'

"When will you be back?" He asked as Macaque turned back around, seemingly satisfied with his 'goodbye'.

"Soon. Probaby." His answers were shorter than normal, more quiet. Whether that was to lower the risk of waking Xiaotian or something else in his mind Wukong did not know. "Not soon enough. It's hard to tell." He shrugged, some of the tension lifting from both his stance and the air around them.

"And what, exactly, are you leaving for?"

Macaque let out a chuckle at that, more like the monkey that he knew than anything else he had heard from him this night. "Now that I'm keeping to myself. Can't go spilling all my secrets."

Wukong might have pushed the issue, had Macaque not shown him at least some honesty recently. He still didn't trust him fully, and he wasn't sure if he ever really would again. But he had saved Xiaotian before. He kept his word to show that he cared for him by watching him during the Spider Queen's attack. And, despite his best attempts to remain completely descrete, Wukong knew that during the day time he had checked in on Xiaotian during his work hours himself.

"Come back in one piece," Wukong said with a soft smile, relaxing himself. "That's not a request."

"Oh, we're in the 'telling me to take care of myself' phase of our relationship now," Macaque joked, his smirk more of a half smile. "Don't worry, I was planning on it. I have a promise to keep after all."

He moved to walk past Wukong, stopping when he felt the soft grip of a tail wrapping around his own. Soft enough that he almost missed it, and he turned back to Wukong after a short pause. His tail softly intertwined with the other's own, only slipping away and leaving into the night when Wukong let his grip slide.

A/N: I’m assuming you meant this post by @winterpower98 that was inspired by @strange-lace’s fics.

Xiaotian hummed as he walked down the alley. Today had been...a day and honestly, all he wanted to do was either hunt down Xiaojiao to go to the arcade or go train with his father. Pigsy had been eyeing him with concern when he left. That was a sure sign that he needed some kind of br-

“WHAT ARE YOU HIDING?!”

He nearly jumped out of his skin at the random appearance of Red Son, hand and hair already flaming. In his panic, he said the first thing that came to mind. “The crippling anxiety I get every time I’m afraid I might upset someone I care for.”

...he needed a filter.

The flames promptly went out. “That’s not- what?!” Several kinds of emotions flickered across his face, promptly replaced with concern. (He tried to ignore the happy little voice that squealed at that.) “Dude, are you OK?”

Xiaotian opened his mouth to respond with “Are you OK?!”

The demon blinked, much more confused now. “What does that mean?!”

“I’m just saying, don’t randomly jump people in alleys!” Xiaotian gestured to their surroundings, trying to draw on all the safety lectures he had been given. “I could’ve had mace or pepper spray or something!” He didn’t, actually, despite everyone wanting him to. “And what do you mean, what am I hiding?!” He was actually hiding something, but how...

“You’re hiding something!” Red Son said, having finally regained his composure. He pointed at him. “I don’t know what, but you’re hiding something?!”

Xiaotian stared at the finger...

And then took a step back.

“What- what are you-”

He took another step back.

“Noodle Boy...”

Xiaotian took off running, followed by the shout of “DON’T RUN AWAY!” He ignored that and ran away, towards the docks. He ignored the howl of rage following him.

He should tell his dad that Red Son was probably onto him.

Uhh….any ideas for the Stone Monkey Au after watching season 3?

I just have a general idea of what S3 of this AU is going to be like (but no special, I have to work on that one yet)

Mac is not the bad guy in this AU so he 100% does what LBD asks him not willingly. He also found MK's "rock egg" not long after rebelling to LBD or whatever it is that he did.

Mac does switch sides as soon as he can, which in this case would be ep 4 probably. What he did in ep 1 with Wukong was fake and he didn't even attack MK. He used the fight to cover the discussion he was having with SWK.

I am undecided if Mei still gets the Samadhi fire or if I want to be evil and give it to Macaque instead.

Zan is also in this AU but I am tempted to leave her behind with Red Son when they get the first ring.

Either way, it's going to be brutal when Wukong gets possessed because as much as Mac wants to go after him, he has to hold MK back from following Wukong
