Thank Gnome it's Friday!!

With what I intended for this year's Edda Night piece, but had some issues with how stone paper takes pens, so it took some extra time. Grateful to have it done at all, more earth elementals on earth-element paper!!

some cute artwork of @hurdying-gurdily's Hypne! they're a tiefling bloodhunter/wizard/artificer(??) with a regular, absolutely healthy and normal amount of trauma. just the kind that adds a little spice. nothing serious i promise (lying) @orioncorium bcs DM or smth like that <3

i tried this "stone paper" i'd heard about from a friend. yeah i hate it. everything about it is worse than regular paper, especially for art-making

Has anyone considered that Shellington could be walking around with stone paper notebooks and astronomer pens?

The books that he reads could also be stone paper, laminated, or synthetic papers. I think stone paper sounds more in character for him since he is an otter, and the idea that they use space pens (which you can use underwater) is icing on the cake. Because they’re like Astronauts but for the ocean. All this I found in a quick google search, but I don’t see anyone posting anything about this. 😔 I’m sure Shellington would be proud of me.

I think he uses a pencil in all instances of writing or documenting though, probably not as reliant as it’s barely readable. 😂

Someone on a discord server suggested I make my OC half Kremzeek (the little guys from G1), so I did, and I think it works incredibly well with his backstory, especially since I didn't really have a base for one until now! So thank you so much for this idea, @iri-soaring!
