This custom "all-in-one" speaker project is made of corten steel and handblown glass. The corten steel have received a rusty patina through treatment. After that we coated the speaker with a special lacquer to stop the rusting process. Inside the speaker you find a vacuum tube amplifier and two red diamond frequency dividers (these can be seen through the glass). When its dark outside the tubes glow red when playing music. There are four midrange/woofers with glassfiber weaved cones and aluminium bullets. You also find two silk dome tweeters for the higher frequencies. All speaker drivers have shielded magnets.
