In her hurry up the stairs, the pail of water at her side sloshing dangerously, Elaena didn’t notice the other walking down just as quickly as she; in their pursuits, their bodies collided and threw them both back rather harshly and the pair of them fell backwards. Neither appeared to suffer much damage as Elaena had caught herself before tumbling down the rest of the way, whilst the other had fallen backwards to the top of the stairwell. The bucket’s fortune was worse; it banged and clambered its way down to the bottom, spilling the contents all over the steps. Cursing herself, she stumbled trying to get to her feet, before falling once more. She looked down in shame before forcing herself to look at the unfortunate soul she’d slammed into. “M’lady/M’lord, I can’t apologize enough times. Are you all right?”
