Stop Doing List
Think of your daily time and of the things you do that you could set aside in order to create more time to chase your goals and objectives then create a list of things you commit to stop doing: Example: Stop spending 15 minutes a day scrolling through Instagram and feeling bad so that you can take those 15 minutes and use them to exercise or meditate instead.
Another example: Stop checking emails 30 times per day and instead commit to checking it three times per day. This exercise allows you to find time slots you can use towards your benefit and to become more aware of your habits. Naturally, the list can be updated as your desires evolve. It's part of a life vision course I recently tuned into and I thought I would share it because it's extremely simple and extremely useful.
