Demolish the lazy bug
Stop saying “should”, start saying “want”. Example: Change “I should rewrite my notes now” to “I want to rewrite my notes now”.
Stop writing extensive lists of things to do. Write down only the three most important things you need to get done. Don’t put pressure on yourself.
Stop trying, start doing. Remember, the only way to start something is to start.
Make up some voice in your head to motivate you and maybe even trash-talk you into doing things. It works. I have that in my head. Forget being light on yourself, especially when you think you’re just being lazy and avoiding work.
Getting something done can fuel you up for more tasks. Use that momentum and do everything on your to-do list.
