Broke my heart so badly when I realized that my dog Lara is, in fact, 9 years old and she is getting the little warts. She got one on her paw between her nails, it grew slowly and it's not too big... her groomer said it's most likely a wart due to her age and that's common in dogs as they age. But today, I noticed another one, a smaller one on her foot also on the same spot. That one looks like it started growing it's not big but it's there. Lara isn't showing any signs that it bothers or that's she's in pain. She acts completely fine, she is active and all that. But yeah, I got worried. I want to take her to the vet just to be 100% sure that this is harmless, bc my mind immediately jumped to the worst possibility and I love her so much, she means everything to me.
She's gonna be 10 in 2 months... she still looks and acts like a puppy. But she's gonna be 10 years old. I can't believe it. She's such a big part of my life, since I was in middle school. My little furbaby.
