#ArnaldoPomodoro's sculpture at #TrinityCollege in #Dublin was restored in 2008. || Sfera con Sfera (Sphere within Sphere) || (1992) is most similar to the one at the #Vatican which is twice as large. There are many interpretations of its meaning, but the Des Moines Public Art Fund quotes Pomodoro: “In my sculpture, the shape of today’s world contains within itself the form of the ‘ideal city’ as conceived by the artists of the Italian Renaissance.
