Michael Boggs is an anti-choice nominee who's up for a lifetime appointment to the federal courts. At his hearing with the Senate Judiciary Committee, he spoke of a court case related to reproductive rights that he'd failed to disclose earlier. We just can't trust him with a lifetime appointment to the federal courts.
