Quickie wet wrap for a small area. The AllergyKid has been picking at this really flared and dry spot on his arm so first we dry wrapped and then we wet wrapped. He prefers towels to PJs and stays in them longer. We'll do a video tomorrow. Step one, use full strength steroid or compound in our case, Step two, wet a towel sized for the area and then quickly wrap the area. Step three, cover snugly with a dry towel. Keep on as long as possible (we try for 30-40 minute time bursts). Step five, remove and use more moisturizer if needed.
