I finally got to try this! It tastes exactly the same as the original to me. One of my most favorite deliveries this week! In addition to giving our hands a good drink of moisturizer, the bottle is pretty much mess free. I can toss it in my purse without worrying about it getting pierced and ending up with a purse full of cream all over everything. Last night's dinner was a make your own personal pizza. Kroger had @kinnikinnickgf pizza crust on closeout as well so I decided to try these with my Allergy Family! Everyone enjoyed them! The 1st pizza is turkey pepperoni with real cheese, tomato sauce, colored peppers, and onions. The second is the AllergyKid's df/sauce free pizza with @johnsoulesfoods grilled chicken & peppers. Tonight's chicken stew dinner cooking and filling the house with the warm and aromatic smells of Fall. I wanted to make turkey leg stew but could not find ANY turkey legs. 😑. Amish chicken legs, parsnips, onions, green & red peppers, white potatoes, carrots, and chicken broth. Seasoned with black pepper, garlic, kosher salt, turmeric, onion powder, thyme, parsley, and bay leaf. I didn't want to give up on the bag of quinoa flour tortillas that I purchased from Trader Joe's so I decided to fry them. Almost everything is better fried.🤣🤣. I cut them in quarters, fried in vegetable oil, salted, added shredded cheddar and salsa and they were outstanding with an earth shattering crunch. I decided to crank it up a bit and added salad mix and sweet tomatoes with a little gf salad dressing at snack time. Day 2 in my microwaved acorn squash chronicles: I decided to just dig it out of the skin and mix it with vegan butter and brown sugar Splenda. I ate it with brown rice and quinoa and roasted onions and sweet potatoes. This was a yummy dinner. The AllergyBrother picked nachos for his birthday dinner! Yay! Easy and tasty dinner! I decided to be creative with my meal and I bought gluten-free quinoa flour tortillas from Trader Joe's. 🤦🏽‍♀️. They were so awful so I decided to pan fry them with salt & oil to get some flavor and texture. 🤦🏽‍♀️. The taste was actually better👏🏾but, they became so tough that I couldn't chew them well. My toppings are: black beans, df cheddar shreds, gf/df sour cream, tomato salsa, hot jalapenos and lettuce. Truth is, when I cut open my acorn squash after microwaving it, I really didn't think that I nor any of my Allergy Crew was going to eat it. I forgot to take a plated picture! These roasted sweet potatoes and zucchini squash were so good and they're gone! Peeled, chunked, and seasoned with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder, the zucchini was tender. The sweet potatoes were sweet and seasoned with kosher salt, and a dash of Splenda.
