I am a Mum of two grown up children and have a granddaughter, all of which I love very much. I live in a three-bedroom, semi-detached house in Somerset and my husband is an HGV Driver. I joined Avon 16 years ago, as I found it really difficult to find a job that was flexible enough to work around 2 small children and allow time off for holidays, inset days, sports days, sick days etc. I was also new to the area and had no friends, or family close by to ask for help. Avon came along at just the right time for me and allowed me the freedom to bring up my children and meet new friends and visit new places. Yes, I had doubts when I first joined, the same doubts as with any new job. Will I like the people, will I be able to do it, will people like me? Well I did like the people, I was able to do it and yes, most people did like me! So, what is so different about me and the world of network marketing? Apart from not having a boss, being self employed and working whenever and wherever I like; there really is no difference. We are all trying to provide for our families and build a better life for ourselves.
