What's our world coming to? Travelers should be able to write honestly about their own individual experiences without the fear of backlash from the property. Yes, there will always be a handful of people trying to scam the system but what's the point of leaving/reading reviews if they are ALL positive? No hotel is perfect and there is always room for improvement. In the hospitality industry you try but can't always make every guest happy. If you get an occasional bad review, take it with a grain of salt and learn from it.
