These are our R+F Legacy leaders, and they are off celebrating hard work on the Amalfi Coast this week, compliments of Rodan + Fields!
These women make 6 figures A MONTH. Yep! Not in a year, but every 4 weeks! 💝
Every single one of them jumped into this business not knowing at all what they were doing. They weren’t incredible “sales people”, and they didn’t grow up dreaming of skincare. They are just normal people with Big Dreams and even Bigger HEARTS.
Prior to R+F, these women were lawyers, scientists, teachers, stock market analysts, pharmaceutical reps, professional figure skaters, and, Yes, you guessed it... even stay at home moms.
Not ONE of them started their business with a goal of making $200k,$300k, $400k a month. Actually, not one top leader I’ve ever met did. These women are some of the most genuine, loving, world-changing, women that I’ve ever known with CRAZY GENEROUS HEARTS!!
In the case of each of these women they are successful because of the “why” that drives them. I wish you could see the orphanages these women have built, the children they’ve adopted or funded to be adopted, the missionaries they’ve funded, the homes they’ve given away, the orphans they’ve supported, the schools they’ve built for girls in third world countries, the doctor bills they’ve paid off for people, the cars they’ve given away, even their service hours spent in their community. But most of this stuff you don’t know about because they don’t always post about it.
So while our R+F nation is going to be watching as our legacy leaders are celebrated this week, the reality is, the true reward for them and for all of us comes from the freedom that R+F provides and the lives we get to see changed along the way!
And the coolest part?? These women in this picture range in age from their 20’s to their 70’s!!!!! OH YEAH! This opportunity is for ANYONE willing to take a chance on themselves...I know these women are so grateful they said YES!
