I bought a Mjolnier mug and the Think Twice Loki mug. They arrived in the oddest packaging. Just styrofoam taped together with a hole in the bottom and a label on the outside. I know you're not the one packing and shipping things, but please speak to the people that do. The order also arrived as two separate shipments. The hole in the bottom of the packaging exposed the bottom of the mugs to the element. It didn't feel particularly secure. They weren't broken, thankfully. I love the designs and the style of mug also makes them comfortable to hold and use. I have a habit of collecting cool mugs, but I am not a mug collector.

Oof yeah that's no good. I'll see what I can do.
