Hellooo everyone! I usually don't build that much, but I hated like everyy house in Lunar Lakes when I moved my gen 4 family there, so I decided to try to build one myself! It's supposed to be futuristic-inspired, but the inside turned out a bit more soft, modern and spacey. This house took me like a weekend to build, so I thought it would be fun to share with you, if any of you are lazy like me and would rather download a house than build it yourself...

♡ Furnished: §149,291 ♡ Unfurnished §93,902 ♡ 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms ♡ Lot size 30x30 ♡ Built in Lunar Lakes ♡ I have all EPs installed, it's unclear how many items are from them ♡ I used a lottt of cc, see more down below

The house comes in a .package file that you place in the Library folder.

There's also a .package file (place in the mods folder) that contains allll of the cc used merged together, I would much rather recommend you downloading from my cc-list. That way you can pick and choose exactly what you want to download, and see if you already have the content that I used. I just wanted to give you that option!

You don't have to download everything ofcourse, the things that you don't download will just be replaced and you can replace it with something else! Feel free to use the house and change it however you'd like.
