Gaius
Running through the halls like a mad man, Merlin went to race up the stairs and burst into his uncle's chambers. He could tell by the look he gained from Gaius, he was none too thrilled. Boy did he have a story to tell him, and he was frantic over it. All because the physician was friends with the king.
"Arthur pulled Excalibur from the stone." Hands on his knees he gulped for air. Nualllain knew what it meant. Uther would die because Arthur was the rightful king of Camelot and one who would unite all of Albion. Probably even making him the first high king.
The warlock straightened up and tried to read the look on his uncle's face. Whoever was on the throne currently would meet their end when the sword was pulled. It was written in prophecy. Countless men had tried to do the very thing Pendragon just achieved. "I'm so sorry, Gaius."
