Afternoon guys! So, over here in London, I can't get enough of all the Olympics action happening at the moment. Seems like every four years, The Man Upstairs sends an envoy of sporting greatness to one of the Earth's major settlements, with the sole intention for these athletes to strive, perform, achieve... and for me to feel ever so goddamn lazy.
For those traceurs that love the Olympic Games as much as I do - and, indeed, for those that do not - take a step back for a moment and really make an effort to comprehend your own achievements over the course of time which you have been training. Not just the physical leaps, but the progression of your mentality and your character. Incredible, isn't it?
Our individual achievements are no less valuable than those of another, and while the World's greatest are gathered in London to exhibit and celebrate their own journeys and successes, it is important to remember the work you have done to get to where you are today. Of course, London 2012's athletes are brilliant, but then, so are you.
