This is not my normal cup of tea but i have to say, Devin Townsend has shitloads of great music if you take the time to sift through his huge number of recordings, either solo or with Casualties Of Cool and Strapping Young Lad 😊 His music ranges from hard rock, progressive metal, ambient and new age and on the album Transcendence (2016) wich this song is from, he’s tapping into the more grandiose and atmospheric corner of his musical brain 🤔 red somewhere that this was a “proggy stunner” and i have to say, yup..this is great stuff 👏
