It's crowded, but that can only be expected since today is the day that everyone would usher forth a new year. Vario is as festive as ever compared to the few times he's visited the place. People dance and laugh around him as he looks towards the sky, waiting for the show to begin. He'd heard that there would be fireworks of all different kinds to signal the start of a new beginning. Even if it was by himself, he wanted to see it and maybe even record it for the others to see later.
As he gets out his phone in preparation to record, he accidentally bumps someone with his arm which prompts him to apologize quickly before striking up conversation. After all, what could it hurt to make a new friend? ❝ You're here for the fireworks too, right? First time I've ever gotten to see them myself. I think they'll be great. ❞
