The Cyber Commander (Open RP)

The Commander raced around his TARDIS, smiling eccentrically. He fiddled with switches and pulled levers. He landed the TARDIS in London.  He continued to race around the TARDIS throwing cybermites at the console, transforming the TARDIS to a cold deep blue. Then he exited and ran straight into someone. "Oi! Watch it! Can't you see what I am trying to do!" He grabbed the person by the collar.

Cipher nodded, "And not your fault. I do believe the girls have a habit of taking us where we need to go, and it hasn't been in the path of each other until now." She took a pensive look for about half a second. "Well I imagine we both have quite a bit of catching up. Want to join me and get a bite to eat?"

“I’d love to, yeah,” he smiled brightly, before turning a bit sheepish. “Gotta be your treat though, haven’t got any money on me…”
