The Narrator works as a food critic and is criticizing the McDonald's food!
This version of the Narrator does not remember any of the events of the game.
He also doesn't know about how the princess is death and how he wants to kill her, but he does have a vague feeling about it.
Everytime he dies, he is replaced by another version of him, who doesn't have his memories.
His appearance is unrecognizable but people who have heard him before will probably recognize him by that.

Attempt 1: The Narrator meets Dragon then Cookie, gets a fire ballon thrown at him, is killed by Wraith
Attempt 2: The Narrator meets Clementine then talk to Shifty and dies
Attempt 3: The Narrator talk to Cookie and Connie. His mind is blown.
Attempt 4: The Narrator talk to the Scribe (Corvid's TMA oc I think?), meets Sherlock, Pall stabs him, he tries to call Paranoid paramedic, agonizes and is saved by anons. He goes to the hospital then sit on the sidewalk, where he gets stabbed.
Attempt 5: The Narrator gets a blanket and an identity crisis also starts taking notes. Goes to Wandy's to get a job.
