Working on straddle holds today! I can do L-sits pretty well but never tried this one before. I can straddle hold pretty good (considering it was legs day) if I put one hand in front, one in back. Not shared is my attempt with both hands behind my legs, lol! Anyway my straddle hold isn't great and I know it, capturing video to help me track my progress. Any tips tricks suggestions welcome!
