Dear Straight Talk
I am very unhappy. I called the number y'all told me to to find out about unlocking my phone. They said my phone had only 100 days or so on the network.
A few months ago, I was sent a replacement phone due to my phone being under warranty. What kind of company counts a warranty replacement against someone when it comes to an unlocking policy? Only y'all I guess. BTW, I'm still having no data now and again and one bar of signal when I have no tall anything around me, I'm on a hill as well, and Verizon gets 4+ bars here, so there is no excuse for that....and I'm told I need to upgrade.
No, you need to unlock my phone so I don't have to deal with horrible customer service, horrible service, along with a company that purposefully misleads you....because if I had been told that would reset my one year waiting to be unlocked (not that I planned on leaving straight talk at that point)....I would've declined the offer for a replacement and hope that the problem would fix itself.
