Hi!! Can we get ROs reaction to MC running and leaping into their arms??? And WHAT IF the RO was holding a drink/coffee 👀
Aman
Aman's eyes widened as you barreled towards him, coffee held firmly in one hand. His eyes darted around, hoping to find somewhere to set the drink down before you could reach him. The panicked expression caused a laugh to bubble up, rushing and throwing yourself at him before he had any more time to think.
Almost effortlessly, you were caught, one arm tightening around your torso as he moved his other arm away, still clutching the coffee as he let out an exasperated laugh. "That would have sucked if it spilled on either of us." He muttered, but his tone was teasing as he tilted his head towards you.
Your arms had found their way around his neck, keeping you up as you grinned at him, "Maybe put it down next time then." Your words teasing as your fingers played with the hair near his neck, the action causing his skin to warm.
"Oh, next time?" His voice was playful as he shifted his weight, getting a better hold onto you, "What if I didn't catch you?"
"Then you would be a horrible friend." You spoke, your dry tone causing him to snicker.
Avery
Avery's brow raises as they see you running towards them, body tensing in anticipation. You couldn't help but giggle at the grimace they wore, far too familiar of an expression for them. They said nothing as you approached, their expression hardening as you launch yourself at them.
They do not catch you, not really. At the last moment you watch them step to the side, your eyes widening as the ground comes towards you, but you never reach it, Avery's grip on your shirt keeping you from colliding into the cement.
"Seriously," You gasp, righting yourself and pulling away from their grip as you gaped at them, "You side stepped me?"
A sardonic smile graces their lips as they regard you, teeth glinting, "Don't ever fucking try that again." Is all the warning you are given before they make their exit.
Sloan
"Oh no," The words leave their voice in a rush of air, expression owlish as they take a step back when they see you race towards them. "You know this is going to end with both of us on the ground right!?" Their voice rose, but the amusement was clear as they dropped the drink in their hand.
Their words brought a grin to your face, picking up speed as they cursed under their breath before widening their arms, acceptance clear on their face. As you jumped at them, they wrapped their arms around you, but the force and momentum forces them back onto the ground with you on top of them.
Their laughter broke through the air and you joined in, shifting so you weren't putting too much weight on them, but staying where you were, a pleased grin on your face as you noticed their wild blush.
"What did I say?" They asked rhetorically as they pushed their hair out of their face, clearly amused by your actions.
"Yes, well," You smile, shimmying a bit and relishing in the way their blush deepened, "You made for a very comfortable landing pad."
Mason
With the way he was smiling, you guessed he understood your plan, dipping low and placing their drink on the floor before you could fully launch yourself at him. A laugh broke through the air as he caught you, arms tightening to keep you lifted as you mirrored his smile.
"Well look at that," He teases as you wrap your legs around his waist, "Seems I caught an angel."
A snort left you, shaking your head as you gave him an amused look, "Are you in the habit of catching angels?" Your tone was sarcastic but not bitter as you leaned into the comfort of Mason's arms around you, "Or am I a special case?"
Mason smiled, giving you a look of adoration as he spoke, "You've always been special."
Carson
"Don't you dare," his words seem to come the moment you stepped in his direction, eyes squinting at you incredulously. As you gained distance, Carson tossed his glass haphazardly onto the counter nearby, sighing as he watched the drink spillover.
His attention on the spill was short-lived as you made it to him, jumping into his arms with a wicked grin. He caught you, though the weight made the both of you stumble before he regained his footing, a small grunt of surprise leaving his lips.
"You never listen, " He chastises, but his words are gentle as he looks over you, blue eyes taking in your features as you let out a quiet chuckle, "Mm, yes I'm sure that's amusing for you." He griped, but his tone was hardly annoyed.
"Always." You agreed, smile widening as he scoffed at your answer, shaking his head despite his own amusement, "Are you surprised?"
"With you? Never."
Charlie
Her expression is one of panic as you race towards her, a deer in headlights as you run towards her. The grip on her drink tightened, so much the plastic cup broke under the force. A string of swears left her lips at the surprise, tossing the cup to the side before focusing all of her attention on your approaching form.
As you jumped into her arms, she tried to catch you, the both of you holding onto each other as you straightened yourself, just barely stopping yourself from toppling over and taking her down with you. She gave a small laugh of disbelief, her arms around you tightening, "Oh that could have ended so badly," She jokes, but the relief in her voice is palpable.
"You still caught me," You assured, her laughter causing your heart to squeeze.
"Dear, I think we caught each other."
