Star Dust –

I never needed your envy

I never set your spite on a pedestal

only hoarded your warmth

for my own cold and shaken body.

I dwell in your footprints

where you’ve been and where you’ll go

a serrated edge, I cut without thinking

a symphony of drunken flesh and bone

igniting my flame and holding me close.

Endless suffering that builds walls

around me, so high as to be unreachable.

Blood pours and I’m left faithless and

twisting in mid-air, spinning before the fall.

I failed to wish upon the star and in return

I am forsaken. Meteoric. Alone, judged

and missing important pieces.

Desecration -

When the rain breaks

I will bathe my feet

in the blood of

the wicked, clasp

my hands to collect

holy tears.

Coated in murky joy

I am reborn in the image

of destruction, celebration

through the fall of man.

I turn my back on that

which I've never known

and choose the evil

that remains close to home.

Easier is the sacrifice

made through grace

and truth, for we have sinned

and met the maker of our darkest days.

I still do invisionfree, but I've started taking to rping on IMVU through their groups. I'm in a GoT one right now that's pretty bitchin.
