Ingredients: 500g strawberries, hulled and chopped. 1 cup beer pale ale or wheat beer. 1/2 cup sugar. 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Instructions: In a blender, combine strawberries, beer, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or ice cream maker. If using a dish, freeze for 4 hours, stirring every hour until frozen. If using an ice cream maker, churn according to manufacturer's instructions until firm. Serve scoops of sorbet in chilled bowls.
