16 miles - Yatton to Axbridge

Had a very nice run last Friday. Started at Yatton train station and followed the Strawberry Line path all the way to Axbridge.

The path is dirt so really nice for running. We ran 8miles out and 8miles back.

Also on this run did a bit of an experiment. The first half we ran pretty normally but on the second half we tried a run/walk strategy. 

5 minutes running - 1 minute walking - 5 minutes running - 1 minute walking etc etc

This is something I'm planning to do when I run the Ladybower 50 at the end of September. Although I might adjust it a bit and try a 25/5 version as well but i'll let you know how that goes.
