A refreshing twist on the classic margarita, combining the sweetness of ripe strawberries with the tangy kick of balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients: 2 oz tequila. 1 oz fresh lime juice. 1 oz balsamic vinegar. 1 oz simple syrup. 4 ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced. Ice cubes. Salt for rimming optional. Strawberry slices for garnish.
Instructions: In a shaker, muddle the sliced strawberries. Add tequila, lime juice, balsamic vinegar, simple syrup, and ice cubes to the shaker. Shake well until thoroughly mixed and chilled. Strain the mixture into a salt-rimmed glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with strawberry slices. Serve and enjoy!
