I'm not trying to be rude, but please don't come into my asks asking for money. I don't know if it's real or a scam. I am barely affording to live on my own right now. I do not make the big bucks. I live paycheck to paycheck. There are organizations out there to help with things like medical needs and supplies. You might have to dig a bit but they're there. Or better yet, go ask the billionaires on Twitter.
