Oh, your title referred to the fact that flags for Austria and Hungary are included on a single pole, with Austria above and Hungary below and longer than the Austrian flag. And that is a very unique flag design as far as I know.

It was a paper octopus. With one tentacle.
I was attacked by a paper streamer while attempting to study at 1 in the morning. Like an octopus with only one tentacle, it wrapped around my leg and wouldn't let go. I freaked out the friend I was studying with because she had no idea what was wrong with me.
