Part of a journal entry this morning I felt compelled to share.
The pain I’m letting go of I’m not sure where it came from, yet I know it very well. But I have to stop letting it run my pov. I have to look at life through a new lens, The lessons the pain has brought are ok to integrate and bring with me. But I can put the pain down, simply because I no longer want to carry it. I don’t need any other excuse or to solve it, I’m just done carrying and that’s enough.
What you create doesn’t have to be good, it just has to exist.
