ZZZZZZEIT to close this dictionary travel!

During the last months we have been searching, asking, stealing (!), overhearning, noting down and investigating new German words for each letter of the alphabet.

What a journey!

Our vocabulary got wider, but we are definitely more proud of the fine and almost ungraspable sense of „German connection“ we got from getting closer to the different shades of meanings of these words!

Languages is a funny business, we know!

We all start with these letters : )

Here you can find some inspiring words for the first three letters of the German alphabet, from "AU! it hurts!" to "mmm, how lecker is this CROISSANT!"
